  • Demonstrates effective pain screening using the "Ask, Listen and Observe" technique
  • Identifies the important parts of a pain management care plan
  • Walks you through the SBAR technique so you can effectively communicate with physicians
  • Enables you to apply each lesson with your team members; 67% of previous participants said their staff's geriatric pain management clinical skills improved as a result
