New Mexico Association for Home & Hospice Care Members:

Follow the instructions below to register for the CHAMP Geriatric Medication Management course beginning October 24, 2011.

Tuition and Fees
Limited offer to NMAHHC Members: From now through September 1, 2011, registrants from NMAHHC member agencies will receive free tuition for the Geriatric Medication Management course.  Select the "pay by check" button to avoid being taken to PayPal. Print the confirmation page for your records.

Deadline for Completion
While there is no official completion deadline, due to space limitations access to the online course cannot be guaranteed beyond 8 months from your course start date.

Continuing Education Hours
All Registered Nurses and Certified Clinical Case Managers will receive 10* continuing education contact hours upon completion of the course.  Partial credit will not be given for partial completion of the course.

No continuing education hours will be given for this course beyond December 31, 2012.

*California licensees will receive 12 CE contact hours, due to differences in how the state of California calculates these hours.
